No refund policy
NGUYEN GIA HUY applies a NO REFUND policy in all cases, including but not limited to:
- No refunds after user has paid.
- No refunds in case the user is not satisfied with the product or service.
- No refunds will be given when the user changes their usage needs.
- No refunds when there is a technical problem from the user.
- No refunds will be given when the user violates the terms of use.
- No refunds when account is terminated due to violations.
- No refunds in any force majeure cases.
By using the service, you agree and fully accept this no-refund policy.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users are not allowed:
- Copy, distribute or modify the software without permission.
- Using software to distribute content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the privacy rights of others.
- Committing cyber attacks, including but not limited to hacking, DDoS or exploiting vulnerabilities.

All content, design and source code of the software are owned by NGUYEN GIA HUY. Users may not use or exploit these intellectual properties without written consent.
6. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user's account if:
- Violation of these terms of use.
- Perform acts that are harmful to the software or other users.
- There is a request from a law enforcement agency.
7. Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
